The project shall provide construction of two separate 4 story buildings without elevator and with 74 apartments in total. Studio apartments, two-room and three-room apartments shall be located in the buildings with the area from 26,84 sq.m. to 70,85 sq.m. One of the buildings shall include 50 apartments and 26 underground parking lots located along the Kipsalas Street. The building shall have two staircases and passage. The number of apartments in the other building is 24. It shall have one staircase and 13 underground parking lots located in the yard side. Buildings are located in 5 minutes from the Old Town by privat transport or in 15 by public transport. The territory shall be landscaped and well-organized with asphalt and paved roads, foot-paths, playground, recreational areas, greenery. The territory shall be lighted. An old maple tree protected by the state environment authorities is growing in the yard. |
